Product Introduction

SBW-SW-3 series intelligent triac contactless AC voltage regulator is a new generation of intelligent fast energy-saving voltage regulator power supply designed for stable AC voltage by our company to introduce and absorb foreign technology, and at the same time combine our country's national conditions. The central control system of the voltage regulator adopts intelligent control of the microcontroller and is equipped with a multilingual LCD display, which highlights the safety, stability, energy saving and user-friendly human-machine interface of the equipment. Compared with traditional compensated voltage regulators and conventional contactless AC regulators in the industry, it has five significant advantages: intelligent control and display, high precision, fast voltage regulation, silent energy saving, and no sudden change in output. And the high precision without contact, rapid voltage regulation, and no sudden change in output are high-tech unmatched in the industry!

How it works:Therefore, SBW-W AC contactless voltage regulator has three significant advantages: intelligent control and display, fast voltage regulation, and silent energy saving.
SBW compensated AC regulator is mainly composed of compensating transformer TB, voltage regulating transformer TVV and transmission system (as shown in the figure above).SBW-SW intelligent AC contactless voltage regulator is mainly composed of a compensation transformer (controllable transformer), a triac contactless switch, a high-speed AD sampling and an intelligent processor composed of a microcontroller (as shown in the figure above).
There are carbon brushes, contacts, mechanical transmission, analog control. No carbon brushes, no contacts, no mechanical transmission, digital intelligent control.
Control and displayanalog control,12-bit high-speed AD acquisition, weekly wave acquisition of 128 points, microcontroller digital processing and true RMS calculation, accurate control, large-scale programmable logic devices and microcontrollers are perfectly matched.
Parameter setting is adjusted by potentiometer;User-friendly human-machine interface: various indicators of the voltage regulator can be viewed and set through the touch buttons on the operation panel.
Many manufacturers continue to use pointer display.
Note: Our factory has switched to LCD digital display since 2009.
Response timeAnalog signal acquisition and processing12-bit high-speed AD acquisition, 128 points of weekly wave acquisition, high-speed processing by microcontroller. Some manufacturers use analog control methods, and the response time cannot meet the fast requirements
The response time is generally around 50msResponse time < 10ms
Stabilization time (10% sudden change in input voltage)About 1 s (JB/T7620-1994 regulations)≤ 100ms (YD/T1270-2003 regulations)Many manufacturers have a stability time close to compensation due to control and circulation problems, which is far from meeting the standard requirement of ≤ 100ms
Noise≤ 55 dB≤ 50 dB is silent
efficiencyThe loss is mainly composed of two parts: compensation transformer and voltage regulating transformer. The loss is mainly generated by the compensation transformer, and the production loss of the same manufacturer is reduced by nearly half according to the same process.
National standard product efficiency:National standard product efficiency:
Below 50KVA≥94%Below 50KVA≥95%
50KVA-100KVA≥96%50KVA-100KVA≥97%
97% ≥ below 100KVA98% ≥ less than 100KVA
Pressure regulation methodOnly one can be selected for unification or divisionUnified and disproving: Split and regulate voltage, can be set at will (unique function of upstabilization), and has a three-phase voltage automatic balance function, which can effectively overcome the drift of the center point
Anti-harmonic functionFilter control circuitry needs to be added12-bit high-speed AD acquisition, weekly wave acquisition of 128 points, high-speed processing of microcontroller, digital filtering function, can still operate safely and stably under severe harmonic interference
Fail-safeFault cut-off outputThere are two modes to choose from: fault cut-off output or uninterrupted automatic bypass operation
Bypass functionManual bypass power supplyThere is an uninterrupted automatic bypass function
Maintenance intervalsInspect and maintain once every 3-6 months, check the pressure and contact of the carbon brush, and clean up dust and carbon depositsMaintenance-free: check the wiring once a year for overheating and loosening, and clean up dust and dirt
Voltage regulation accuracy±1-5% adjustable regular ±3%±1.5-7% can be set to regular ± 2.5%
